Amazing wine bar down an alley off NW21st in Portland. The colors in this place are just amazing. Lot of though had gone into the look and feel of the place. This is one hip wine bar. The drinks are great served with flair from Arielle, our bar tender the night we were in. Love the food selection, creative and fun. Who would have thought canned fish would go so well with beer

Visited this place for the first time on NYE after seeing it multiple times on my way down 21st and being intrigued cause it's tucked away and unassuming. It's a neat bar with a good atmosphere, and the cocktails were great. We didn't have any food, but I'll definitely be back to do some more exploring of what they have to offer. I love a bar that has some obvious thought and care put into the aesthetic, and Bar Diane has that feel to it. It's smallish, but there seemed to be adequate seating, especially in the summer when the patio can be open!

Cozy little place with awesome staff, drinks and food. Easy to miss so make sure you don't give up until you find it. The small alley is next to an icecream place.

The vibe was great. I really liked how it's back behind the building through the alley on the left. The inside is super cool and very attractive. The food was great. It's a wine bar so the menu is short but I like the quality. The wines were great. Even the music set the atmosphere just right.

We really enjoyed coming for drinks after going to a movie at 21st cinema. Nice selection of champagne and other wines by the bottle (and 20% off bottles during happy hour 4-6). Didn’t have a chance to try any food. The ambience is great with dim lighting and mice decor. Only con is the lady at the bar did not appear knowledgeable about the menu as she wasn’t able to offer any advice when I asked about two different wines. Overall this was a nice experience and we would return.
